I Squared Capital acquired TIP Trailer Services from HNA Group.

I Squared Capital, an independent global infrastructure investment manager, acquired TIP Trailer Services, a truck trailer rental, leasing and sales company, from HNA Group, a Chinese conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed.
