Sun European Partners completed the acquisition of ESIM Chemicals from Ardian.

Sun European Partners completed the acquisition of ESIM Chemicals, an Austrian fine chemicals manufacturer and crop protection contract manufacture organization, from Ardian. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to have completed the acquisition.
