Oxford Financial buys Innovative Displayworks

Oxford Financial Group, an Indiana-based investment management firm, buys Innovative Displayworks, a provider of merchandising solutions to beverage companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. IDW represents a well-positioned opportunity for growth, as Oxford plans on-going investments in the Company’s market leading capabilities. Additionally, IDW’s executive leadership team retains a meaningful ownership stake and will continue to direct the Company’s operations.
