Montagu Private Equity acquired Maincare Solutions from Symphony Technology Group.

Private equity firm Montagu Private Equity acquired Maincare Solutions, the eHealth software leader in France, from Symphony Technology Group, an American private equity firm based in Palo Alto. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pascal Ambrosi, associate director at Montagu, said: "Since spinning-off from McKesson in 2014, Maincare has become a successful independent business with a proven track record of organic growth and targeted acquisitions. We are delighted to be supporting Maincare’s talented management team in their next phase of growth, both in France and internationally."
