Madison Dearborn Partners, a leading private equity investment firm in the United States, and CoVant, a Virginia-based private equity firm, acquire LinQuest Corporation, a provider of technical solutions to the U.S. government and commercial industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. LinQuest management will retain a significant minority ownership position in and will continue to lead the Company.
