The Club Company acquired by Epiris LLP from Lone Star

The Club Company, which owns and operates health and golf country clubs in the United Kingdom, was acquired by Epiris LLP, a British private equity firm, from Lone Star. No financial terms were disclosed. Commenting on the sale, Thierry Delsol, Chief Executive Officer of The Club Company, said: “In Epiris we are thrilled to have found an ambitious and experienced partner which shares both our vision for the future of the business and our passion for high operating standards.
