Nomad Foods acquired Aunt Bessie's from William Jackson & Son for EUR240m.

Nomad Foods, a UK-headquartered frozen foods company, acquired Aunt Bessie's, a UK producer of frozen food products, from William Jackson & Son, a British food manufacturer, for EUR240m. Commenting on the transaction, Stefan Descheemaeker, Nomad Foods’ Chief Executive Officer, said: “The acquisition of Aunt Bessie’s exemplifies our dedication and progress towards transforming the frozen food category, both organically and through acquisitions.
