Consortium comprising Dalmore Capital, Fiera Infrastructure, Semperian PPP Investment Partners and Swiss Life Asset Managers has agreed to acquire 100% of Cory Riverside Energy from Strategic Value Partners and its affiliates ("SVPGlobal"), EQT Credit, Commerzbank, and other shareholders.
