Mars PetCare, a veterinary health provider through an international network of over 2,000 pet hospitals and diagnostic services, completed the acquisition of AniCura Group, a family of well-known animal hospitals and clinics specialised in veterinary care for companion animals, from Nordic Capital, a private equity firm.
