GED Capital acquired 51% stake in Habock Aviation.

Synopsis

The investment fund GED Capital has acquired the Habock Aviation group, one of the largest helicopter operators in Spain, as majority shareholder, with a 51% share of its capital stock. With a fleet of 76 helicopters and eight aircraft, Habock occupies in Spain "an outstanding position" in the medical emergency sector, service in which it is the second largest national operator, and which is the main axis of growth of the company. "Habock is a very exciting project of consolidation in a sector that has great expectations of growth, both in the Spanish market and in other countries in which the company is present."
