KKR-backed WebMD completed the acquisition of Jobson Healthcare Information.

KKR-backed WebMD, a provider of health information services, completed the acquisition of Jobson Healthcare Information, a provider of information, education and marketing services in key healthcare markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “WebMD is an exceptional fit for JHI.
