BlueMountain Capital Management and Ben Klein to acquire Elements Behavioral Health

Project Build Behavioral Health, LLC a joint venture between affiliates of BlueMountain Capital Management and Ben Klein will acquire Elements Behavioral Health, Inc., the owner of a family of behavioral health programs located throughout the United States.
