Tyree & D’Angelo Partners sells Elite Dental Partners to Cressey & Company

Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, an investment company from Chicago, sells Elite Dental Partners, a provider of non-clinical business principles and support services, to Cressey & Company, a private equity firm. Terms were not disclosed. Merrick Axel, Partner at Cressey, commented, “Cressey is excited to partner with both Management and TDP to continue to build on Elite Dental’s impressive record of growth and success.
