Coatue Management, an American technology-focused investment manager, led a $500m series D funding round in VIPKID, an online learning platform, with participation from Tencent, Sequoia Capital and Yunfeng Capital. “We believe that VIPKID is transforming the shape of traditional education on a global scale and is providing an excellent new model for future education.
