Optoflux, the specialist for the development and production of optical devices and precision optics made of plastic and silicone, acquired HPOI Corporation, which manufactures high precision plastic optical lenses for the healthcare sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. The move will extend Optoflux's customer base, adding known manufacturers of digital cameras, mobile devices, and virtual reality hardware.
