Sovereign Capital-backed Arachas completed the acquisition of Covercentre.

Sovereign Capital-backed Arachas, Ireland's largest, fastest-growing, nationwide insurance brokerage, completed the acquisition of Covercentre. Financial terms were not disclosed. This is the third acquisition Arachas has made since Sovereign backed the management buy-out of the business last year.
