ENN Energy Holdings acquired Excellence Award Holding Company from Essential Investment Holding Company

ENN Energy Holdings, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability, acquired Excellence Award Holding Company, a company incorporated in the BVI on February 28, 2018 with limited liability, which is wholly owned by the Essential Investment Holding Company. The deal value is HK$3,194,122,681.
