Hennessy Capital acquired all stock of NRC Group from JFLCO

Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. III and JFL-NRC-SES Partners, LLC, a portfolio company of an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company, completes the HCAC acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of NRC Group Holdings, LLC from JFL-NRC-SES. Following the consummation of the transaction, NRC Group will be a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of HCAC. Investment affiliates of JFLCO will continue to own a significant equity position in the public company as part of the transaction.
