The Carlyle Group acquired a 68% stake in Codorníu for €265m.

The Carlyle Group has completed the acquisition of c. 68% of the shares in Unideco, the parent company of Codorníu, the oldest family-owned cava-producer in Spain. The transaction, which was announced by the company on 28 June, 2018, has completed after receiving the required regulatory approvals.
