Elvaston Capital acquired Infoniqa Group from Cornerstone Partners.

Elvaston Capital, an entrepreneur-led private equity firm, acquired Infoniqa Group, one of the leading providers of human resource software and outsourcing solutions for the HR sector in the German-speaking region, from Cornerstone Partners, an SEC registered investment advisor. Financial terms were not disclosed. As a new strategic partner and majority stakeholder, Elvaston will support the strong growth of Infoniqa and the continued development of its market position.
