Mitsubishi UFJ Lease and Finance Company Limited (MUL) acquired 19.9 per cent of South Staffordshire plc (the holding company of South Staffs Water and Cambridge Water) from Arjun Infrastructure Partners (AIP) which immediately prior to the sale to MUL acquired 75 per cent of South Staffordshire plc from KKR.
