Taiyo Nippon Sanso completed the acquisition of European assets of Praxair.

Taiyo Nippon Sanso, a Japanese multinational industrial gas manufacturer, completed the acquisition of European assets of Praxair, an American worldwide industrial gases company. The purchase price for this transaction is €5bn in cash. "We are taking a constructive approach to address regulatory concerns with the merger in the European Economic Area.
