Levent completed the acquisition of 55% of Turk Telekomunikasyon from Ojer for £2.1bn.

Levent completed the acquisition of 1.925bn of shares of Turk Telekom, representing 55%. Ojer divested the stake to restructure the debts, provided under the loan agreements. Turk Telekomunikasyon is an integrated telecommunications services provider for businesses and individuals, offering land and mobile telecommunications solutions, as well as Internet services.
