Onex completed the acquisition of KidsFoundation from H.I.G. Capital.

Onex, a private equity firm, completed its acquisition of KidsFoundation, a holding company, from H.I.G. Capital, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "KidsFoundation is committed to a high standard of care and quality for the families it serves, and that is a commitment we want to continue and build on.
