TDR Capital-backed Stonegate Pub Company, a British pub company with 660 pubs and bars, acquired Be At One, the UK-based cocktail bar chain, from Piper Private Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed. Simon Longbottom, Chief Executive of Stonegate, commented: “These are both excellent acquisitions for Stonegate which are right in our sweet-spot.
