Action Group acquired Action Hotels for £303m. Action Hotels plc owns, develops, and operates three and four star economy and midscale hotels in the Middle East and Australia. The offer price represents a premium of 50% to the closing price of 16 pence per Action Hotels Share on 28 June 2018.
