Vossloh completed the acquisition of Austrak from Laing O’Rourke.

Vossloh, a global rail infrastructure specialist, completed the acquisition of Austrak, a concrete rail sleeper manufacturing specialist, from Laing O’Rourke, a multinational construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
