BC Partners acquired VetPartners from Ares Management and August Equity.

Private equity firm BC Partners acquired VetPartners, a leading UK’s veterinary services group, from Ares Management and August Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed. BC Partners is thus increasing its involvement in the international pet supplies sector. Its current interests include the US chain PetSmart and Antelliq, a French manufacturer of pet identification systems.
