Bupa completed the acquisition of Acıbadem Sigorta from Avicennia Capital.

Bupa, an international healthcare company, completed the acquisition of Acibadem Saglik ve Hayat Sigorta, a specialist health insurance provider, from Avicennia Capital, a Malaysia-based financial holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to announce that Bupa’s acquisition of Acıbadem Sigorta is now complete.
