PT Bayan Resources, an Indonesian coal miner, completed the acquisition of Kangaroo Resources, a coal-oriented firm, for $164m. “The aim of this share purchase is so that the company can have full control over its subsidiaries owned indirectly by Kangaroo Resources,” Low Tuck Kwong, Bayan CEO.
