Enstar Group completed the acquisition of the American diversified reinsurance business from Maiden RE for $272.4m.

Enstar Group, a company that acquires and manages insurance and reinsurance companies in run-off, completed the acquisition of the American diversified reinsurance business from Maiden RE, a diversified insurance company domiciled in Missouri that provides property and casualty treaty reinsurance, casualty facultative reinsurance and accident and health treaty reinsurance, for $272.4m.
