ARX Equity Partners sold Fincentrum to Swiss Life

ARX Equity Partners, a Prague-based private equity firm, sold Fincentrum, a financial advisory company, to Swiss Life, the largest life insurance company of Switzerland and one of Europe’s leading comprehensive life and pensions and financial solutions providers. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. Michal Aron, Partner at ARX, says: “We are pleased that the achievements of Fincentrum over the past few years have positioned the company as an attractive acquisition target for a blue-chip strategic acquirer such as Swiss Life.
