Atlantic Street Capital completed the acquisition of OrthoBethesda.

Atlantic Street Capital, a private equity firm specializing in middle-market investments, completed the acquisition of OrthoBethesda, a provider of orthopedic and musculoskeletal medical services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
