L3 Technologies, an American company that supplies command and control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems and products, avionics, ocean products, training devices and services, instrumentation, aerospace, and navigation products, acquired C.K. Industrial Engineers, which provides professional engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
