Acquisition of Gimatic S.r.l. by Barnes Group Inc. for approximately €370 million

Barnes Group Inc announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Gimatic S.r.l., a leading supplier of mission-critical solutions for industrial automation and robotic applications from Gimatic’s founder and investment funds affiliated with AGIC Capital and Xenon Capital Partners for approximately €370 million. Acquisition will expand Barnes Group’s Intellectual Property-Based Industrial Technologies Portfolio.
