Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas, the independent oil and gas exploration company with licences in highly prospective regions in Guyana and Namibia, acquired remaining shares in Pan Africa Oil Namibia from Amis Oil and Gas. Pursuant to the terms of the Acquisition, Eco will issue 300k common shares to Amis.
