Vista Global acquired XOJET.

Vista Global, the aviation group founded by Thomas Flohr, acquired XOJET, an on-demand private jet charter company based in Brisbane, California. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is a major strategic step forward for Vista Global, allowing the group to build on its existing global offering and to reinforce its already established position in North America, the largest business aviation market in the world.
