DCC completed the acquisition of Jam Group for £130m.

DCC, an international sales, marketing and support services group, completed the acquisition of Jam Group of Companies, comprising of Jam Industries and Jam International, for £130m. The acquisition of Jam significantly strengthens DCC's position in the North American market.
