AMP Capital completed the acquisition of Everstream.

AMP Capital, a specialist global investment manager, completed the acquisition of Everstream, a super-regional network service provider bringing fiber-based Ethernet, internet and data center solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AMP Capital shares a longer-term perspective for Everstream, bringing financial strength and strategic know-how to our business to position Everstream for years of continued success.
