American Crafts completed the acquisition of EK Success from Wilton Brands.

American Crafts, manufacturer and producer a variety of crafting products including gel and ink pens, tools, cardstock, albums, stampings, stickers and other accessories, completed the acquisition of EK Success from Wilton Brands. Financial terms were not disclosed. EKSB designs and develops paper crafting products and activities. The company offers retailers highly differentiated planograms and other capabilities to complement its selection of stickers, embellishments, tools and specialty paper.
