Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, an American private equity company, completed its acquisition of PowerTeam Services, a provider of maintenance and construction services to the US utility industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. In conjunction with the closing, PowerTeam appointed Brian C. Palmer as Chief Executive Officer.
