Litorina-backed Fresks acquires XL-Bygg Mellerud

Litorina-backed Fresks is to expand through the acquisition of XL-Bygg Mellerud, a building material store located in Mellerud, Västra Götaland. After the acquisition Fresks Group will have a total of 32 stores with pro forma revenues of approximately SEK 2 billion and more than 500 employees.
