Synopsis
Halcyon Capital Management, hedge fund which has been renamed to Bardin Hill Investment Partners announced that it has sold minority stakes to TPG Sixth Street Partners, the global credit and credit-related investment platform, part of TPG Capital Group, and to Dyal Capital Partners, a division of Neuberger Berman Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
