Trasporti Romagna SpA, an operator specialized in logistics and transport, acquired Blue City srl, logistics operators specializing in the frozen and fresh products. Blue City's turnover is about 31 million euros. Thanks to the acquisition of Blue City, Trasporti Romagna continues the path of growth in food logistics, completing the range of services offered and strengthening its territorial positioning. The Gitti and Partners studio, private equity fund, has assisted Trasporti Romagna SpA in the acquisition.
