Backed by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, a private equity firm, Gienanth Group, iron foundry operator, announced that it has acquired SLR-Gusswerk II Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H., Austrian iron specialist, and its two subsidiaries, SLR-Metallbearbeitungs-Gesellschaft m.b.H, and SLR-CZECHIA s.r.o. „I am deeply convinced by this step for many reasons: We are entering entire new markets with our new competences.
