Groupe Jacques Bogart, company specialized in the development, production and commercialisation of perfumes and luxury cosmetics is set to acquire Distriplus, owner of 200 points-of-sale in Belgium and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, from Ackermans & van Haaren group.

Groupe Jacques Bogart, is set to acquire Distriplus, from Ackermans & van Haaren group, a diversified company. Joining the group Jacques Bogart allows Distriplus to strenghten the posi- tioning of its brands in the difficult markets thanks to new trumps. These include a vertical integration of part of the activities from the product concept till the sale to the retail customer, supported by the own brands of the group Jacques Bogart, as well as the support of an international beauty group. Examples of synergies are the sharing of expertise in digiti- zation, management and control systems, logistics, purchasing and store concepts.
