Caledonia Investments acquired 98.9% equity stake of Deep Sea Electronics for £162.0m

Caledonia Investments acquired a majority stake of 98.9% in Deep Sea Investments, designer and manufacturer of generator control modules for £162.0m. Taylor Wessing and PwC London respectively provided legal and financial due diligence advice to Caledonia. Deloitte provided tax advice, and Wyvern Partners provided debt advice. GCA Altium provided corporate finance advice to the Deep Sea Investments, and Addleshaw Goddard provided legal advice. Commercial and financial due diligence advice were respectively provided to the Deep Sea Investments by CiL and PwC.
