HGGC and General Atlantic agreed to merge their portfolio companies, Mi9 Retail, a fast-growing provider of software for e-commerce, inventory management and other aspects of retail sales, and MyWebGrocer, a provider of digital solutions to grocery and consumer packaged goods industries. Terms weren’t disclosed.
