Udenna Corp, a holdings company, acquired Conti's, a restaurant and bakery chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. Udenna Corp.’s CEO, said the company is hoping its newest acquisition will allow the firm to tap into the growing local food service industry, which he claims amounts to $7.2bn.
