discoverIE Group, which designs, manufactures, and supplies components for electronic applications, agreed to acquire Cursor Controls Group, which is a designer and manufacturer of human to machine interface via the purchase of Castlegate 737, a holding company of Cursor Controls Group for £19m ($24.4m).
